About the owners
Brett married into this amazing town while Sara was born and raised in Prior Lake. They now live in Savage with their twin daughters, Elizabeth & Olivia. Brett & Sara envisioned Rhino Wine Bar to be a place that they would want to go to on a rare night out. As busy parents with full-time careers, they wanted to build the #coolestbarRhino as an extension of their home - somewhere they would feel comfortable going with a group of friends, on a date night, dressed up, dressed down, for a glass, or for the night.
Why a Rhino?
We knew we wanted a name that was easy to remember - that stood out among the crowd. We struggled for months because you only have one chance to get the name right... On Valentine's Day, Sara and a friend exchanged pictures of adorable valentine cards their kids had gotten in school. One said "I am wild about you; you are the coolest person Rhino". And just like that, the name was born!
Fun fact: did you know that Rhinos are not typically social, BUT they do come together at the local watering hole at night?
