Wait until you look into the messy, scandalous family tree of the wine world. In this class, we untangle the genetic ties of legendary grape dynasties. You will discover how a chance crossing in 17th-century France gave birth to Cabernet Sauvignon, and dive into the wild mutations of the Pinot family tree. During this class we will explore related wines to see how far the grape falls from the vine.
